תנאים אלה חלים על השימוש באפליקציית Sedrix ("האפליקציה", "אנחנו"). שימוש באפליקציה, לרבות ההרשמה אליה, מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. אם אינך מסכים — נא לא להשתמש באפליקציה.

מי יכול להשתמש

עליך להיות בעל כשירות משפטית להתקשר בהסכם זה (או לפעול בהסכמת הורה/ אפוטרופוס אם הנך קטין). האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13.

מה האפליקציה עושה

Sedrix מאפשרת לצלם/להעלות מסמכים (קבלות, תעודות אחריות, מסמכים אישיים ועוד), מנתחת אותם בעזרת בינה מלאכותית, ושומרת אותם ב-Google Drive הפרטי שלך יחד עם מטא-דאטה ותזכורות. פרטים מלאים במדיניות הפרטיות.

ניתוח ה-AI עלול לטעות. חילוץ תאריכים, מספרים ופרטים אחרים מתבצע אוטומטית ואינו מובטח כמדויק ב-100%. באחריותך לבדוק ולתקן פרטים חשובים (כמו תאריכי תפוגה) לפני שאתה מסתמך עליהם.

אחריות על תוכן שאתה מוסיף על אנשים אחרים (בני משפחה/מקורבים)

האפליקציה מאפשרת לשייך מסמכים ל"בני משפחה" — אנשים נוספים שאתה מגדיר, כולל שם ותמונת פרופיל אם תבחר להוסיף. אנשים אלה אינם משתמשי Sedrix ומעולם לא נתנו הסכמה ישירה לנו. לכן, בהוספת פרטים על אדם אחר, אתה מצהיר ומתחייב כי:

  1. יש לך הרשאה חוקית לעשות זאת — למשל הסכמת אותו אדם, או שאתה ההורה/ האפוטרופוס החוקי שלו אם מדובר בקטין או באדם שאינך רשאי לפעול מטעמו;
  2. המידע שהזנת מדויק, ותעדכן/תמחק אותו אם הוא כבר לא נכון או אם התבקשת לכך על ידי אותו אדם;
  3. אתה נושא באחריות המלאה והבלעדית לתוכן ולשימוש במידע זה בתוך האפליקציה. Sedrix אינה יוצרת קשר עם אותם אנשים, אינה מוודאת את הסכמתם, ואינה צד להסדר שביניכם.

ניתן למחוק בכל עת פרטי בן משפחה שהוספת דרך ניהול בני המשפחה באפליקציה.

הקבצים שלך

הקבצים שאתה מצלם/מעלה נשמרים ב-Google Drive הפרטי שלך, בבעלותך המלאה. אנחנו לא טוענים כל זכות קניין בהם. השימוש שלך ב-Google Drive עצמו כפוף גם לתנאי השימוש של Google.

שימוש אסור

הגבלת אחריות

האפליקציה מסופקת "כמות שהיא" (AS IS), ללא אחריות מכל סוג. במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק, לא נהיה אחראים לנזקים עקיפים, מקריים או תוצאתיים הנובעים מהשימוש באפליקציה — לרבות אובדן מידע, החמצת תזכורת, או טעות בניתוח AI. מומלץ לשמור גיבוי עצמאי למסמכים חשובים במיוחד.

השעיה וסיום

נוכל להשעות או לסיים גישה לאפליקציה במקרה של הפרת תנאים אלה. אתה יכול להפסיק להשתמש באפליקציה ולמחוק את חשבונך בכל עת — ראו מחיקת חשבון ונתונים.

שינויים בתנאים

ייתכן שנעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו בעמוד זה עם תאריך ומספר גרסה מעודכנים, וייתכן שנבקש הסכמה מחודשת.

Sedrix — Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Sedrix app ("the App", "we"). Using the App, including registering for it, constitutes agreement to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Who can use the App

You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement (or act with a parent/guardian's consent if you are a minor). The App is not directed at children under 13.

What the App does

Sedrix lets you photograph/upload documents (receipts, warranty certificates, personal documents, and more), analyzes them using AI, and stores them in your own private Google Drive along with metadata and reminders. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

AI analysis can be wrong. Extracting dates, numbers, and other details is automatic and not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. It's your responsibility to review and correct important details (like expiry dates) before relying on them.

Responsibility for content you add about other people (family members/contacts)

The App lets you link documents to "family members" — additional people you define, including a name and profile photo if you choose to add one. These people are not Sedrix users and have never given us direct consent. Therefore, by adding details about another person, you represent and warrant that:

  1. you have legal permission to do so — for example that person's consent, or that you are their parent/legal guardian if they are a minor or someone you are not otherwise authorized to act for;
  2. the information you entered is accurate, and you will update/delete it if it becomes inaccurate or if that person asks you to;
  3. you bear full and sole responsibility for this content and its use within the App. Sedrix does not contact these individuals, does not verify their consent, and is not a party to any arrangement between you and them.

You can delete a family member's details you added at any time via family member management in the App.

Your files

The files you photograph/upload are stored in your own private Google Drive, fully owned by you. We claim no ownership rights over them. Your use of Google Drive itself is also subject to Google's own terms of use.

Prohibited use

Limitation of liability

The App is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App — including data loss, a missed reminder, or an AI analysis error. We recommend keeping an independent backup of especially important documents.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these terms are violated. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time — see Delete Account & Data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and version number, and we may ask for renewed consent.
